Je remercie @rigs pour m'avoir fait suivre quelques samples Nanovia. le PLA naturel sans odeur s'imprime très facilement et fait de très belles impressions notamment sur les pièces qui nécessitent de la précision. Les paramètres d'impression sont les mêmes qu'un PLA traditionnel. voici les miens: temp. buse 220° Plateau 60° Épaisseur couche 0.1 mm Vitesse 50 mm/s Remplissage 100% pour la pièce testée. L'ABS aussi ne dégage quasiment aucune odeur et je n'ai eu aucun soucis d'impression même pas de warping. En revanche les températures d'extrusion sont assez hautes (250°/270° ) . L'

Hey everyone, I always had problems with underextrusion, sometimes it was caused by the filament, sometimes by the bowden tube and/or the nozzle and sometimes the extruder, where grinding and slipping occurred again and again. I tried a lot of selfmade extruders like the H3, Robert's and other UM2 clones. I bought a 0.9° high torque stepper motor, an UM2 drivegear, the MK8 and so on.... Some worked for a while, some was crap from the beginning on... Finally I decided to buy a new commercial, stronger Extruder which can simply brute-force the filament through the old bowdentube and the nozzl

  3. Genial Flap, gran trabajo el que haces A mi Neotko me ayudo también con algunas dudas que tuve al principio con la mía, tengo la misma comprada en Enero. Al principio pensé que podía ser problema de la máquina, pero al controlar la temperatura exterior mejoramos los resultados. Finalmente la hemos puesto en venta ya que queremos pasarnos a una de impresión en resina, trabajamos la impresión de figuras y algunas se nos complican mucho con este sistema. Hola a todos; En Enero de este año compramos nuestra primera ultimaker 2+ y aunque estamos muy contentos con los resultados y calidad, el proyecto en el que recientemente trabajamos nos a creado la necesidad de invertir en una impresora de resina como la Formlabs. Es por ello que nos hemos arrepentido de la compra ya que los materiales no son los idóneos para nuestro proyecto (cosas de la inexperiencia) La impresora está comprada en Enero de este mismo año en la tienda oficial de Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), Tr3dseland.   5. I second the conclusion, although, since I used a UM2 version on a UM2, I did not have any of the installation glitches that the O.P. reported. I also designed a mounting bracket that moves the feeder to the left of the UM2, for a left-side spool holder. (on Youmagine)

  6. Hello, When I first met 3D Printing it was with a professional machine, equipped with a 3D printer head cleaner. I was thinking about that lack of head cleaner when I first started to work on my school's makerbots then later on my own printer. Why desktop 3D printers are not equipped with this little brush ? Recently, I discovered this project on Youtube Maybe other projects already exist, but I would like to highlight this kind of work, and suggest that Cura allows advanced users to activate a new option.   7. Update: Die Zahnräder sind angekommen und neotko (thanks!) hat in der Zwischenzeit die Gearbox angepasst, weil die Zahnräder einen anderen Achsenabstand benötigen. Die Übersetzung ist nun 2,5:1. Ich habe mir nur noch eine Zwischenplatte gedruckt, da der UM2 Feeder sonst nicht plan aufliegt. Leider kann ich derzeit mein MK7 Gear nicht mehr nutzen, weil es mit dem Olsson Block nur Probleme macht. Der Grip reicht nicht mehr aus. Das MK8 Gear im UM2 Feeder geht wunderbar. Grüße Marcus

  10. I've seen posts that say it depends on the brand of pla.. some brands vapor smooth, and others don't. Odds a a clear coat of gloss rattlecan spray pan will have much the same effect. One is subtractive, smoothing the existing surface, one is additive, adding a gloss layer. chemically, a gloss paint add some micro fill to a surface to achieve the glossy appearance. A dull coat actually adds micro texture to the surface, which is why its not glossy.

  16. Je viens donc de tester l'ISTROFLEX® de Nanovia. C'est un filament thermoplastique flexible de faible élasticité qui je dois le dire est plutôt facile à imprimer dont voici les caractéristiques : Température d'extrusion : 245° - 265° Plateau : 40° - 60° Vitesse d'impression : 70 mm/sec maxi Buse : >= 0.4 Diamètre : 2,85 mm Après quelques essais pour trouver une température, je me lance... Mes paramètres pour le test : Sujet : le bateau de 3Dbenchy (normal pour un filament Breton a base de coquille d'huitre). Imprimante : UM2 Olssonisée avec une buse jet neuve de 0.4, feeder de |Ro
