Alright, here goes. When you create a new topic you can choose 'Question' as a topic type. You can ask a question, users can help you out, and as an original poster you can select the 'Best answer'. This reply will be clearly shown as the best answer. The user who gives the best answer also receives some points by doing so . More info can be found in the Ultimaker support pages.
