  1. In regards to this comment, here's some more info: in the US we work with multiple resellers and with our support partner (fbrc8), they also do assembly for us there. In Europe and the rest of the world we work with one distributor per country, who can assign multiple resellers in its country. Your point of sale is always your contact for warranty, but they will connect with the distributor. If you would like to know which distributors do warranty service, please look at the resellers page. A partner with the sub title 'Authorized Distributor' offers full support and warranty in their respective country.
  2. Hi Arjan, Thanks for your comment. The resellers page has both resellers and distributors listed. A distributor that acts as a reseller as well is listed on that page. A distributor always offers full support and warranty service and they also stock all Ultimaker products, including spare parts. Through the support page you're linked to the distributor in that country. Because some products are not listed yet on all of our partners websites, we are leaving these products out of the info boxes for now. We're in the process of adding partners to the page, it could be that these partners are already selling our products, but expanding the page with partners is a work in progress.   4. Thanks for the suggestion. We're definitely making that change. Also for other categories we're going to have a minimal amount of sub categories. This way it's easier for a user to search for something or to find a sub category to post a topic in. So if you have more suggestions, please let me or @SandervG know
  5. So I guess we're good then because these functionalities will be there on both the category page and topic overview pages there's a mark all as read function. And in both views you can also select 'unread' in a dropdown. A worrying thought is speed of course, we're going to spend serious time to optimize the speed.   6. We're increasing the size of the icons a bit in a near future release. If they are still unclear we're going to look at improving the icons. Some images have copyright, so you can't really go downloading and uploading them to your gallery, you would need to use the external image option. @swordriff most of your questions are answered here and here.   8. Could you elaborate a bit more? Which OS do you use? And which version? Which browser do you use and which version? On which pages does it occur? Thanks for you effort and we will look into the issue you're facing.
  9. Hi @Titus, There's a certain download limit to prevent spam downloads, but I guess the limit was a bit too strict. We're changing it to max 3 downloads every 15 minutes for every user (based on IP).

  12. Hi @valcrow, do you have more details on your issues? OS, device, browser, etc.? This well help us identify any issue you might have. When you pressed the save button, did you see a certain screen, or just nothing at all? Your feedback in regards to the save button is noted.
  13. How's the login for you now on your mobile? Which phone, browser and OS version are you using? If you have an issue with your notifications or your points, could you elaborate a bit more and maybe use screenshots? This will help us with finding an issue you might have thanks!

  15. Hi @xeno, in regards to edit 2: you can turn this off in your settings, then it will be turned off by standard. In regards to your logout issues. I think this is because we're doing some live fixes to the site. When we publish a fix users are logged out. Our apologies for the inconvenience.   17. Hi @xisle, if you go to a user's profile and choose 'Send message', the username is copied to the 'To:' field. If you go to messages directly you can type in the username, however there's no autocomplete currently. You can tag users like I did in this post and the user will get a notification. This also doesn't have autocomplete currently, but it's on our list of features for the future.
  18. Hi guys, it works again you can use both the automatic timezone and forced timezone. However, please take note of the following: if you use automatic timezone the field in forced timezone won't change based on your timezone! We will improve on this in the future.

  22. Thanks a lot! I always wondered ho9w to post images without html here. Can videos be embedded also? not too bothered about that though. Will post new prints soon..... You can easily embed YouTube or Vimeo videos by using the video button in the editor and pasting the URL, like so:
