  1. http://www.marktplaats.nl/a/computers-en-software/printers/m778071224-ultimaker-2-nieuw-in-doos.html?c=8c285449651fa109c354bbabe740c1b&previousPage=lr
  2. If there's no M92 E865 in the gcode and the filament goes without force trough the tube, nozzle glogging could be it. A solution to solve this without taking the head apart is to use some metal wire which fits in the nozzle. An accu puncture needle 0.35mm will do, or a wire from a steel brush, or sand a needle really thin. Heat the head up and push the needle in, 9 out of 10 times the clogging is gone.
  3. Are there any M92 E865 codes in the gcode file?
  4. The ticking can be caused by two things: 1) To much friction of the filament in the bowden tube. 3+mm is on the edge. Most quality filaments are 2.85~2.89mm (Fabberdashery, UM, PrintBL, Colorfabb) 2) The gcode file may contain a M92 E865 code, which is for the UM original, The E865 code will make the UM2 direct feeder extrude 3 times faster than meant to be. If you remove any M92 E865 code it will extrude at the right speed.
