currents

Hi All, I am trying to print my first test model on a new Ultimaker and I can set up the temperature from the Replicator G Control Panel, but as soon as I try to run the gcode, the heater turns off. Have tried everything that I can find in the settings, but the problem always occurs. I'm using version 0035. Any ideas please? Thanks! Terry
