Also, how do I then tell Cura which part to print with which extruder?

I am using Cura and have 2 extruders set up. I m trying to us the Load Dual to use the two extruders together, but when I load my two files one is part inside of the other part. is there away to move the files around including up and down, if I wanted to print a part on top of the other or next to each other, how would I do this?
