  1. Congrats. I got mine yesterday aswell. Only took 3-4 weeks here though. No idea what the deal is. At my job, we have 30 days return policy, and we give the money back instant (cash or bank transfer).. No idea why Ultimaker require 1month+ for items they havent event shipped yet.
  2. :( I did cancel my order. They didn't answer to my tickets, so i had to make a dispute claim on Paypal (for some reason, I got a reply right after, that they would proceed my cancel request). So if you don't get any reponse, Paypal is the way to go..sadly.

  4. Yep. I had to dispute through paypal, then i got a response right away, telling me Im getting refound next week, so time will tell. If you didn't pay through paypal, you're out of luck. Maybe if you contact your credit card company. At least for my case they didnt answer to my tickets. You can always try and PM Sander on this forum or see if theres any other employees that don't work for support on IRC or the chat room, they can forward the ticket to the support. that have helped me a few times. So for some reason, it's the people that don't work as support that do the support.. weird thing Hope you get your money back soon.

Hello. 25th September i ordered my Ultimaker 2, after almost 2 weeks, I didn't hear anything. all it said on my page was: Order date September 25, 2014 Order Complete Payment Credit owed Shipment Ready So i made an support ticket, which I didn't get any repond on, but then i met "oliv3r" (UM Software Developer i think) on the #Ultimaker IRC Channel (Freenode), and after like 3 minutes, i got a reply on my ticket saying: Not really sure how that is possible when i paid it all through paypal. Not like i could change the amount. (Perhaps a bug you might need to look into?). Anyway, since I'm running low on money this month, I've decided to postpone\cancel my order untill end of next month, but my ticket doesnt get any answers. I did send a PM to "Sander" guy on this forum about it, but no reply yet (understandable, as its not his job and probably busy with other things). What is the best \ fastest way to proceed? Would it be easier for them if i just made an dispute through paypal so they get the message instantly, as the support system clearly isnt that great (from my experience). Any idea? Thanks.
