  1. Hi! I got the same problem with the Bowden popping out of the clip at the hot end. It slipped so badly that I was not able to print this wonderfull thingy http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11864 . So I decided to try it the way we used to do a lot on our boat: What you need: - a sharp knife - a thin wire ( I recommend a thin one ) 1. Fix the Bowden (again) so that everything is right in place. 2. Loosen the 4 Big bolts of the hotend a little bit again (so that the Bowen is not squeezed down - I also pushed the Bowen approximately 1mm more down so that the wire is definetely touching the clip after the procedure) 3. Cut a little gap (0.5mm deep) around the Bowden directly under the clip thats suppost to hold it. 4. Put the wire around the gap in the Bowen. I did two aditional turns around the Bowen because I used a verry thin wire. Twist the wire together tightly! 5. Tighten the bolts again and you are done! You should be able to see the wire right under your clip if everything done right. Of course you should recalibrate your z-axis... This way I finally managed to print the thingy mentioned above, but the wire is working so fine, that I did not try to include the thingy into my construction yet. But good to know, that I have it at hand, when I need it! Please let me know if this helps you! For me it broke a long row of printing failures and swearing... )
