Mysterious Movements
in UltiMaker 3D printers

Hi,
I'm using UM3 and Cura 3.3.1 and was happy with it until yesterday.
Yesterday morning I switched on my UM3 and followed its wish tu update the firmware.
After that I wanted to print a prototype for a sensor holder. I started the UM3 by sending
the data from an USB stick and left the room, as I do it in most cases, since I have the UM3.
Coming back an hour later looking for the print caused me to stop the printing. The reason for this you can
see in the attached photograph.
I then tried to explore the problem and made some printing tries with several setting and got always
the same. The printer does very small movements while printing the infill and still oozing material as
normal. If you look the layer view in CURA, you will no find any of the movements. So my idea was
to find the firmware update as guilty. May be I'm wrong but I don't know how to solve this.
Please anybody help.
