  1. It works best now, I printed this thing. www.thingiverse.com/thing:17027/#files But thank you very much again.
  2. I fixed this now with the fan. Thank you very much for helping me to solve the problem. After this one I got another one.... The cable from the extruder always goes out of the fixation. I don't know how to solve this, maybe you can help me with this one out too, would be great, I think this is not a great problem. But thanks again, you were very helpful!
  3. You can see the pictures of the extruder in appendix. If those pictures don't satisfy your needs, I can take other photographs. I found another setting page in cura, which one do you think I should activate?
  4. I still have the original fan on it. I found the lines in the gcode but if I change these, I have to change them everytime I print a new piece or what? You were right, the temperature after the fan runs falls down to under 170 degrees, and then the fan turns of. I would give you some more additional details but I don't know exactly what you need.
  5. It works!! There is a problem with the fan but I don't know how to change the settings or even what I should change. I mechanicaly blocked the fan and it works. It would be great to know how to change this without blocking it manually But thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate your help!!
  6. I also tried to do print it directly from the pc, but it failed at the same point. I also tried with different samples, even samples that worked previously. It's a bit bizarre because it always stops to extrude from the second layer on. and this with every sample I tried.
  7. a) umo board fan is working b) cables are all plugged in Manually extrude also works.
  8. I'm sorry! It's the same link as before. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rcsml9umkt96smx/AACwC_Zmjc1UUXgPcLaB5dM7a?dl=0 Many thanks!
  9. You will find the gcode file in the dropbox as well. https://www.dropbox.com/...1UUXgPcLaB5dM7a?dl=0
  10. Hello, I made a video to show what's happening. I hope that you can see enough. It is actually clear to see that the feeding motor doesn't turn at all. Video: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rcsml9umkt96smx/AACwC_Zmjc1UUXgPcLaB5dM7a?dl=0 I prepared the model also by two different CAD programs to see if there was a problem with the file. This wasn't the case. I hope to find some answers to the problem.
  11. It does function correctly and no there are no such irregularities because the motor isn't turning at all. Only for the first layer, afterwards it stops turning, so in my opinion it isn't a mechanical problem.
  12. The black lever is all the way down. I know what you mean but this isn't the problem because the motor isn't running at all. So there is no slipping of the filament. In my opinion it should be something wrong with the file but I can't explain what could be wrong.
  13. I don't know what you mean by in the first layer. As you can see in the picture, there should be everything alright in Cura. To describe it more precisely, the motor behind which feeds the filament works, because it feeds while printing the first layer and the support structure. After the progress you can see on the picture, the filament feeding motor stops working. I really cannot tell what the problem is. So you can see it prints the first layer perfecctly and afterwards there is simply no filament coming out.
  14. Hello everybody, I have an ultimaker original and I have a problem with the filament motor. When the support structure is printed, the motor is feeding with filament but then when it comes to the actual part, it stops feeding. So it isn't a problem by the motor of itself. The clarify which part I mean, you can look at the photograph. I don't really know how to fix this problem and I hope that anyone can help me. Thanks a lot! Joe
  15. I am using an Ultimaker Original + Ulticontroller and the printing always went absolutely fine. Since a couple of prints however it always places some filament where there shouldn't be any. It seems however as if it just "drops" that filament while moving over the higher parts. A firmware update, different quality prints as well as frequent control of the bed leveling did not improve the results. On the picture of a part with the filament problem http://s7.directupload.net/file/d/3490/cxrd637h_jpg.htm Thanks in advance for any suggestions, Joe
  16. I got my new Ultimaker kit a week ago, so I did the assembly and everything seemed to be how it should be but then as I did the bed leveling with cura(first front left corner then back left corner) and then normally the right back corner but it stopped at approximately 1/4 of the way to the corner. So that was the first problem. I think it has to be something with the software because manually I can switch the axes to where it should be. Second problem is the plastic does not stick on the tape of the platform. I don't know how to make this better. A third problem is while printing when it luckily sticks to the tape it does not print the layers on top of the others. It prints like displaced to the left(always about 1 cm). So now i didn't manage to print anything yet. Could anyone help me please Thank you
