  2. Hi Guys thanks for the reply’s! Hope you had a great vacation Daid! I am using Cura-13.06.4. Running the wizard = Other, 400,400,410, yes to bed center 0,0,0. I do have Preferences set to Extruder count = 1. Printer head size set to 25,25,25,25,55 Thanks for the help!! Have a great weekend! Werner
  3. Thanks for the reply gr5! I did as you suggested with no luck the layer view still only shows up in the lower left corner? I still think it has got to be a settings issue. Is anyone having success with a delta printer using Cura and this issue? Thanks for the help! Werner
  4. Hi Guys, Some that has happen ever since the last update is the model showing up in the lower left corner of the model space when viewing as layers? I figure this has got to be a setting thing? Thanks for the help! Werner https://www.dropbox.com/s/e32zush2d1uyz2h/Pic%20of%20model%20space.jpg
  5. Hi Mario, Have you tried printing just from the gcode produced? I dont know if you can print from an SD card or not but I would just first try to save the gcode file first and confirm that the code looks OK? Hope you get it figured out Buddy! Werner
  6. I am still working on trying to figure out why my code is getting jacked up. I produced another gcode file with four items and sure enough after each part printed the same move to forever is in the code?? Is anyone printing multiple parts with success? Thanks for the help! Werner

  8. Thanks Ian and gr5 for the ideas!! I did look very carefully for something perhaps in the model space that could have caused my problem not finding anything. When looking at the toolpath in Repetier I could see the path just went out to space and then back the line looked parallel about ¾” apart. That would be expected with a move that is X4294928.25 Y4294950.48. One other thing is that I have printed each of these two part many times independently without any problem. If you look carefully at the code I showed in the picture you can see that the line 46517 where this rogue move takes place is just after the completion of the first part with a retraction. The next move I would expect would be an XY move without any Z move to the next part position than a Z down to start the next Skirt that you can see in the code. My guess is that only the programmers would ever be able to figure this one out. It is very strange. Fortunately for me I have a magnetically held end effector which just popped off when it hit my column (The BerryBot3D is a delta) and no damage done. Thanks again Guys, Happy printing! Werner
  9. Hi Guys, I have been printing a lot and everything working great until I tried to print two parts in one program with Cura. After the first part completed I expected the move to the next part starting point however this did not happen. Instead my end effector made a rapid move right off my platen. I opened the code to find the move that made my machine do such a heinous, vicious, violent act I just have no idea why it spit out this code? I am hoping someone can give me some clues? Thanks in advance!! Happy printing! Werner Berry BerryBot3D https://www.dropbox.com/s/i1xy3eqo2fp22qe/Cura.jpg
  10. Hi Guys, This is my first post! I am really liking Cura!! I have used all the others and my faviorite up to now has been KISSlicer however I am liking Cure for many reasons the main one being that is works hard not to make crossover moves all over the place. I love that!! One thing I have not figured out yet is why at the very beginning of every print my extruder runs backward about 200 mm before it starts to print. As you can imagine not good as my extruder will take forever to get re-primed. Up to now I have just been pinching the idler bearing arm to prevent the filament from moving until it stops and then let is continue as normal. This is a look at the start code Cure is generating: ;TYPE:CUSTOM M92 E481.000000 ( The only place I can think of the I put this value in the program is under: Preferences/ Steps per E = 481??) M140 S50.000000 M109 T0 S240.000000 T0 M190 S50.000000 ; [mm] mode G21 ; absolute mode G90 ; Home G28 ; Heated bed control M140 S<BED> ;LAYER:0 ;TYPE:SKIRT G1 X-73.494 Y-35.457 Z0.25 F3000.0 G1 X-73.4 Y-30.205 F600.0 E0.2257…………………. The thing I am not sure about is the why the M92 E481.000000 is being generated at the first line? And why that would make my extruder go backward if anything I would think It would try to extrude forward. Thanks for the help Guys!
