  1. thanks a lot, just tried - as far as I can see it only exports the following parameters in STL size, orientation. Shell thickness - no? Any solutions please? Thanks in advance!
  2. Dear Daid, yeah I know you're sick and tired of various feature requests, but I must ask please = as Cura is the best 3d printing software at the moment, will you ever plan to implement STL EXPORT feature, I mean when model is scaled, rotated, supports generated, etc - so it will be possible to save this work as a new STL file, not just GCODE. Thank you so much in advance,
  3. Dear community, what can cause this? Checked the wires and reconnected them carefully on PCB, and on small pcb again on hotend. This causing different color layers (darker and lighter). I set to 210, and it jumps from 205 to 215 :( Thank you!
  4. Dear Daid, and community, current CURA 13.06.4 - is there any way to use JORIS as a plugin, in plugins section, I want it badly. If yes, please hand me a link to the file. Thanks in advance,
  5. I still got the same problem on my both notebooks samsung and HP. I gave up didn't find the solution. sometimes it hangs the print - but pretty rare.
  6. thanks a lot for quick respond! so the big brass nut should slide a little, please explain this moment, thank you! I suspect also the problem is in big brass nut.
  7. Dear community, I've been fighting with this issue for a several days and I'm almost desperate: the problem is - my print started to have strange repeating lines. What I've done: carefully checked the X-Y axes - both are orthogonal, not bent, belts are tight, long and short ones (they are all tight and nice) - moreover while filling the surface I can see everything's alright, I even tried belt tensioneer - but they only reduce quality, so I don't use them. I also saw the wobbling Z-axis problem, so I reassembled and assembled Z-axis again, still no luck (checked the couplings and brass nut
  8. +1. Confirm this too. I still get the same ERRORS about LINES. echo:Unknown command: " Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 3 echo:Active Extruder: 0 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 3 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 5 Error:checksum mismatch, Last Line: 27 Error:No Line Number with checksum, Last Line: 27 Error:checksum mismatch, Last Line: 260 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 260 Error:No Checksum with line number, Last Line: 470 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 470 Er
  9. thanks a lot for good advice my friend.
  10. HP 625 notebook here, WIN7, not very powerful, but works pretty good, I don't have an Ulticontroller unfortunately.
  11. very clever update, thanks for that, that was a pain sometimes. can you please comment on any possibility of item name poping up somewhere upon focusing on item or something like this, would be really useful in case of sevaral parts loaded. Thank you, Daid. We truly appreciate your hard work. Regards,
  12. Dear community, Cura 13.06.3 All the time I print, I take a look at the TERM tab, and there are many lines like this: Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 65110 Error:checksum mismatch, Last Line: 66064 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 66064 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 66065 Error:checksum mismatch, Last Line: 66917 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line: 66917 Error:No Line Number with checksum, Last Line: 66917 Error:checksum mismatch, Last Line: 67742 Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1,
  13. YES, CONFIRMED! Already removed my cam software and disabled it in Device Managed, Daid, please comment, is that a bug?
  14. Update, now the same happens to me when I printed multiple objects. Upon lifting up Z axis for next object in queue, the first layer of the new object was print at 60 mm/sec, definititely not 20 mm/sec. thanks
  15. Please check this: 1) set cutoff object bottom any value - I set 14 mm 2) bottom layer speed is set to 20 by default 3) print speed was 60 for me When I started PRINT, Cura ignore 20 setting and printed 1st layer of cut object with 60 speed. I think it's a bug, 1st layer is the one that touched the platform first, correct? Should be 20 mm speed. Thank you. Hope this will be corrected. Thanks!
