I guess I will have to insert commands to switch extruders manually, good thing that generated G-code is well commented.

I got it to prepare by putting back: G1 F{travel_speed} that I removed from start.gcode. It is weird that it wouldn't prepare without it though.

I had the same problem on windows when I removed: G1 F{travel_speed} from start.gcode. Put it back and everything works fine. EDIT: Sorry, wrong thread, the right one had a problem with Cura not preparing files, threads were one on top of the other heh...

I like your new engine very much but it seems that there is a couple of problems I encountered on my Rostock Max. First is that if I choose Run first run wizard ant than choose option Bed center is 0,0,0 (RoStock) objects in viewport are not centered. It is not fatal but it is annoying. The second one is that it seems that dual extrusion is broken. If you generate support to use second extruder it shows support in different color in viewport as intended, but if you load G-code in Repetier it shows that everything is actually printed from extruder 1. Any help would be appreciated. EDIT: I should add that SLICED objects are not centered in viewport.
