Thanks for your comment. yeah I also tightened the ones of the short belts.

Tightened the pulleys, but they all were tight already. Printing with normal acceleration and 50% speed works good. Now checking normal speed again.

I reduced the acceleration from 4000 to 1100 and it works just fine again. Either a pulley or a motor overheating problem.

Either it was mechanical (pulley) or overheating of the stepper motors.

Strange shiftig occurs after a certain height of the prints. In the attached images observe the flawless printing for the small brain, while the large brain suffers from artefacts starting from a certain height. Also, the belt of the motor on the back left gets loose every time, although I straightened it by pushing down the motor and fixing it by tightening its screws like hell. Any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated! Marc

After a certain height, the printer shifts the layers, the short belt in the rear gets loose. What can I do?

I am trying to print microchannel structures. The slicing of fine channels consisting of one print-head move works. It does not work anymore when coarser structures (more than one line and layer) are present in the stl-model to be sliced. Assembling of fine and coarse structure on the platform (cura 13) is not possible. Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution?
