try couple of easy things: format the SD card and mount the Octoprint image with http://elinux.org/RPi_Easy_SD_Card_Setup#Using_the_Win32DiskImager_program only the octoprint!!! must work perfect...also check the power supply nedds to be in off try a proper one or give some more with a power supply USB hub. turn on and wait 3 or 4 minutes then try to acces, all problems i got before comes from the power supply. also in windows you have to install bonjour http://support.apple.com/kb/DL99%C2%A0%20to%20acces%20from%20browser. supoustly you do all that before but the power supply was a very very important thing

Dont need to install raspbian for nothing just octoprint. Not much time now its few things to do to work properly i will post as soon i can

So its friday 25 it is not shipped yet and its 17:00 pm so nothing goes to ship untill monday at least .... And its no notice big shipment for this week after monday we must still cry...;(

In Octoprint with Rapsberry Pi you have a option to upload files localy (to Raspi)or to SD trow your network then print from SD and monitoring from any device, as soon i get My UM2 i test it out. For the moment i got a Solidoodle and its not SD enabled , so i can not test allready how it works.

Looks so far from me i try to place the 4 th Oct but cant untill upgrade My crédit card limits at 7 Oct,need a few trucks of DHL on front...;(

I allready got a prepare in wall/wardrobe with exaust to the exterior and wall mounted PC not so easy to acces the back but so so Safe for My daughters and fumes free at home, in off space to fit two printers, spools, tools set etc wall mount web cam and a raspi with octoprint.... My little Maker space!!!

I order a UM2 also, Dont know when its going to ship, i come from a very diferent printer, but the UM2 looks so reliable ,start with the basics tips level the bed, stick diferent filaments in the bed feed filament and understanding Cura software etc and few thousends things more .. Right now its not so Many information about UM2 but a lot of UM 1 Cud be usefull print parameters etc

Dont be in panic... Let theirs do the Job its only 23 of october its 2 days after launch an theirs promise less than 2 weeks so untill now its on time!! ,notice from a filament order i can not tracking straight from UM web try it from dhl web And it works. http://www.dhl.com/en.html

lolol shure you play with advantage in Ultimaker stuff ,i really love some color options from faberdashery,allready got some from Ultimaker, definitely i go with this two for special and final prints,but a cheap option for testing prototiping etc cud be cool in that way the igo3d bundle really takes mi atention but the thing its really worth it ...

would be very grateful if someone can guide to some quality filament seller.allready buy few spools from ultimaker (bit expensive...)until now i buy from fromfutura and some others, the thing is if you can share some experience betwen those: colorfabb Faberdashery fromfutura ultimaker and pointing on the igo3D bundle 5+1k PLA are good in off its really good price. thanks.

Its a new non beta versión of cura out on next days for the UM2 release? Or which one its recomended one to use with it . Iam a bit lost with the diferent versions right now, and i want to prepare some models for it and start familiarized with Cura. Usually i use slic3r and pronterface or/and repetier host.

Estupendo hasta ahora he tenido la Solidoodle2 y son máquinas muy diferentes así que ya te daré la tabarra de vez en cuando. De momento ando familiarizandome con Cura hasta ahora trabajaba con slic3r y repetier o pronterface Cura es tan sencillo que me da la sensación de que le faltan opciones . Bueno pues nada encantao y por aquí nos veremos. todavía me falta por lo menos un mes para que me llegue la joyita, las espectativas son bastante altas a ver si las cumple.

Bueno pues parece que en españa no hay usuarios/propietarios de Ultimaker..... o si..?, de momento aqui hay uno(cuando me llegue la UM2) y creo que somos muchos mas asi que este podria ser un buen punto de partida para compartir conocimiento y ayuda al resto.

Hi simmon as you see SandervG say its a in cludes spool he is a part of ultimaker shure you see him at ultimaker stand in Rome theirs start delivery UM2's from the 21 of october in order last week theirs say its less than 2 weeks after the 21 of october to send the printer . Hope to be helpfull
