  13. So....whose heading there? What you looking forward to seeing? I really want to see how advanced the designs being printed on desktop machines like ultimaker, solidoodle, etc are coming out...!!! I'm noticing alot that the more people know how to design around support etc the more incredible stuff being made avaliable to print on desktop machines....
  14. Hey im Eva, I'm a file tester for a 3D sharing platform. I use Ultimaker 1 (and also Up! Mini) for testing files before they are made avaliable to others. I'm also learning 3D CAD modelling (well trying too!) using Maya and Zbrush. <---- this is my first 3D model, 3D printed for halloween. I'm looking forward to seeing what people use their ultimaker for, and also hope to be able to help new ultimaker users out since i've been using one solidly for the past 2 months! (although im sure aswell i'll come up with a few questions!!).
  15. Do you do 3D modelling? If not then you'll need to track down some models to print www.myminifactory.com is a good place to start, run by the same people as imakr :-P
