  1. I re-newed the Ultimaker 2 nozzle. Now my problems with filaments are gone and my print-outs are looking good again.

When I changed the nozzle I had to move the extruder in the middle by hand.

I didn´t need any power to move the extruder.

But now I have an issue when the extruder is doing homing and the box is harmed a little at all because of scratches of the stuttering extruder.

    I made two short videos:

Important is the noise when extruder is going home.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?

  2. Usually I print only PLA, but with the filament issues in the past I tried also ABS.

    I use standard ABS settings.

Two different white filaments (one Ultimaker original)

Cleaned the glass plate and used different types of glue sticks and kapton tape.

Raft and Brim. Bigger and smaller prints.

But always warp and no adhension.

    Any other suggestions or tipps?

  3.

I have my UM2 since end of November and I printed a lot with it in the last months.

But now UM2 drives my crazy. My nozzle is clogged all the time and I can´t really use

    my UM2 for printing.

    a)

I feed filament with "Change material". Filament flows through nozzle. Everything looks fine.

After one minute filament flow I try to start printing. And nothing....

    b)

"Change material" again. Filament stucks and I can hear the famous CLICK-CLACK sound

of the material feeder in the back. I help the feeder motor and pull the filament by myself.

And then I can see the clog. Now back to a) and then Issue b) and a) and b)....

Even in my dreams I change filament of the UM2. It becomes a nightmare.

I changed and tried several filaments.

Four original Ultimaker PLA filaments (gold, green, dark-blue and grey)

    One original Ultimaker ABS white

    One white innofil filament.

I cleaned the nozzle with the known procedures like

    or

    http://umforum.ultimaker.com/index.php?/topic/3749-clogged-um2/

Maybe the community could help? I am really frustrated.

I love the print quality of the UM2, but the filament handling drives my crazy.

I have a new nozzle from Ultimaker in front of me, but It looks like rocket-science to me to

change the nozzle. Could someone please tell me how to change it?

    Pictures would be great.
