Just put together an Ultimaker original. I had my first go at printing, but the PLA is seeping out a little bit at the top of the heater block. Its also seeping out a little at the bottom of the heater block where it connects to the nozzle. I am a bit worried that this is going to get worse and that I might be doing damage to the ultimaker if I don't have this resolved. Has anyone come across this problem and how did they fix it?. Is it possibly something that might not have been screwed tight enough when putting together the extruder component?. Is it possible to rebuild the extruder or would this possibly cause more problems. Any help or comments would be welcome. Stephen.
