Hallo,Because with this lookalike olson block you can use the original UM2 heating element and the temp.sensor. Also the connecting wires are on the back. It works very well, I packed it with glass wool (insulation paper). I will take a picture soon. I have improved the attachment of the E3D by sliding a rip between it so that it can no longer turn around. -

Hi, I approached the problem differently and made another one that looks like the olson block only of aluminum. UM2-Hotend Drawing.pdf UM2-Hotend E3D v6.zip -
Sorry Arjan maar ik denk dat deze de mijne wordt. https://www.stepcraft-systems.com/ Mijn engels is ook via googl-translate verschrikkelijk. Back on topic, I have PLA from 123inkt with the same problem, after the hot water method goes back several feet well, but then the PLA breaks down again even after a halt on the reel at the UM2.

Hallo all How about this, Cyclops - from E3D. http://e3d-online.co...trusion/Cyclops The Cyclops 2 In, 1 Out - Switching HotEnd Cyclops introduces a new way of printing multiple materials not yet seen before in commercially available hotends. By taking 2 input materials and printing them alternately from a single nozzle Cyclops is able to eliminate ooze problems that are inherent in most conventional dual extrusion systems. This new approach has been working excellently for us in testing at E3D, but we are releasing it now as an experimental product as we are still figuring out the best techniques for using this new HotEnd type. - See more at: http://e3d-online.co...h.xUj1XmP2.dpuf
