  6. +feeder bracket for U2RS

In case you want to keep using the rail system (U2RS) and want to upgrade to the new + feeder I published a simple bracket. Upgrading is pretty easy, specially when you reuse the feeder motor.
Get all parts for the feeder at your local distributor.
Your feeder motor needs to have the D-shaped axis to be able to reuse it.
    - get the feeder parts at you local reseller.
    - Print the bracket
    - Mount the feeder (when you reuse it, the axis of the feeder motor has to stick 10mm out of the small gear)
Upgrade the firmware to Tinker 16.03.1
    https://github.com/TinkerGnome/Ultimaker2Marlin/releases
Change the e steps from E282 to E564, with the fantastic @tinkergnome firmware you do this in preferences/motion settings.

  9. dual extrusion pencil box

My first duration test of the dual head setup, this print took +/- 10 hours and >400 tool head changes.
Unfortunately the calibration was still a tiny bit of, but it's a nice clean print.
15mm retraction on tool change, +0.5mm compensation for leaking, layer 0.2, fill 15%

  11. Dual PLA on the 2 headed Ultimaker2

There's no other point in printing the green on every layer and the overdone infill other than testing the dual head setup. As you see there's really no pollution of the green PLA into the white.

  12. Refil.nl > Recycled PET

The recycled PET prints very easy, I was positively surprised ... I got a free spool (thanks for that) as they used one of my 3dmodels in their video (look at www.refil.nl)
