  3. Hi What is the best way to contact Ultimaker? I've broken the nozzle of my Ultimaker 2 accidentially while trying to clean it (it is now a 1.5mm nozzle...) as it was clogged after standing some time hot with ABS. So, I need a new nozzle/hotend. I've created a ticket on http://support.ultimaker.com/%204%20days%20ago,%20but%20got%20no%20answer. There are no replacements parts for the UM2 in the shop, so I cannot directly order it.
