I am having the same problem. I created a .4mm thin line cube, and can only get it to come out in Cura if I change my nozzle to .3mm whereas even .35mm doesn't work. Why is this? Link is the stl created for a 20mm x 20mm x 10mm object .4mm thick. http://pastebin.com/JXbK4p0m

I have a new Prusa i3, and have it running. I have done some calibration stuff, including measuring extrusion distance, but have not adjusted extrusion percentage. Anyone have a tutorial, or steps so I can get adjust Cura to get accurate size holes, for example I made a part that had 5mm holes and posts. The posts did not fit in the holes. The holes were like 4.5mm. Thanks, CP
