1. Indeed, Anders Olsson created the block for that exactly. You could even use Ultimaker Original nozzles. COOL!
2. i guess i Need to Switch to Faberdashery...
3. well, i've tried with faberdashery Filament... Arctic White... just perfect... since im using an Olson block, i needed to rise the temp a Little bit (217) and it just came perfectly, tonight ill post some Images of it. no Need of turning up the flow rate...and so on.
4. so you say wit this configuration the round nut will be touching the block? what are the implications of that?
5. so the I2K Chip goes between the yellow PTFE and the Blue Olsson Block?, and by using a I2K Chip the distance between the round nut (dark Gray) and the Olsson Block (Blue) will be around _____? and Using a I2K Chip the distance between the PTFE (yellow) and the round nut (Dark Gray) will be around ____?
6. Hello! I've got the I2K Chip for the olson block, i've readed the web page, i understand that the Chip has to be inside the Stainless coupler, and between the olson block and the PTFE... thats clear... the part is not clear for me... after assembling, the Stainless Copuler must be all the way down or not?
7. well, yesterday i made some measurements on white Filament from colorfabb... i#ve got an average of 2.86, thats not so much, how to explain the diference between black and white materials, taking the print Quality as reference?
8. Indeed. Edited it just after posting :DI got mine on amazon for 40€ or so. Edit mine was 24€ on amazon :)not super but just good enough yeah, im getting mine also in amazon
9. Gr5, im getting my Micormeter, i think it will be here by tomorrow.
10. THIS IS NONSENSE, thats your GCode Francfalco... just different material... (same manufacturer, Colorfabb) all the same settings..
11. err this is weird....
12. then i ll try some of their filament... because i printed the Gcode from Francfalco, with his settings... and it wasn't ok.
13. the best one is the one with the smiley i'm gonna download your Gcode... i changed today the temp sensor... (theres nothing left to change on my ultimaker2) unless the frame maybe is the material from faberdashery better? can you print 3 mm filament in an U2?
14. Errr, i did also some Cube tests GR5
15. well, that was was the solution I've found, is not counterproductive?
16. Gr5, yes i tested it, it moved 100mm (i took the bowden out then maker the filament with a pen exactly where the bowdentube ends, the in pronterface used the gcode 302 and move it 100 mm) all was perfect... so now that we now that the e axis value is ok, and we did the 100mm move test... why I'm having this problems with the top layers?
