  1. Just an update on this topic, to be completely fair. The order was canceled and money returned without any issue. I'm sorry that I won't be printing with an Ultimaker, but now I'm even more sure it was right decision.
  2. I'm really upset with all this delivery delays so I decided to cancel my order. Such treatment of customer is simply unacceptable in my book, regardles of how good the product might be. However, looking at my account and order details, there's nothing like "cancel" button. Does anybody know if there's something special i need to do, or sending a mail to support will be enough?
