Hi, just got my ultimaker 2! I'm having a great time messing around with it. Every single print I have made have been really good so far! However, the only problem I have with it is the feeder. For some odd reason, the feeder keeps fraying the filament(at the most random time), causing the filament to not feed into the head. Because of this, I have to retract the filament and cut the frayed filament off so that it will feed probably. I am confused why this is happening and I was hoping I would get an answer here! My guess would be that the board is leveled too high, causing the filament to get stuck. BUT, that would be weird cause if that was true, why would it print half of it perfectly fine and then randomly get frayed? Let me know what you guys think!
