Passen sehr gut.
  4. Did they charge you for the new sensor and block? If so, how much was it?
  5. Yes, I removed the set screw. After that, the heater was easy to remove but the sensor is still stuck.
  6. I need to replace the nozzle on my Ultimaker 2. I have taken apart the extruder up to the point where I need to remove the heating element and the temperature sensor from the nozzle. The heating element was easy to remove but the temperature sensor seems to be stuck. I have already tried heating up the nozzle to 150°C and 200°C but it is still stuck. I don't want to break it, so I am wondering how to remove it the best?
  7. The filament exit hole has a diameter of 7.3mm in the upper part and 5.6mm in the lower part on my feeder. In the filament entry hole, I have added the 5mm piece of bowden tube.
  8. It seems more like the coupler is sitting too tight and I can't push the bowden tube far enough in to make the lower parts of the coupler "fetch" it. I will check the diameter to see if it is 8mm.
  9. Hi, I have printed the alternative feeder from Robert but now face the problem that I can't reliably fix the bowden tube to the feeder. After a very short time, the bowden rube gets pulled out of the feeder. I used the same bowden coupler and clip as on the original feeder. How can I solve this? Reiner

  13. If your spool is 33mm than it will not fit. You will need to print an alternative spool holder first. Take a look at https://youmagine.com/designs/um2-universal-spool-holder or https://youmagine.com/designs/ultimaker2-filament-spool-holder-by-frank26080115
  14. Would a ID 4mm OD 6mm tube like the one used on Repraps also work? And maybe even resolve some of the issues with real 3mm filament having too much friction in the 3.2mm tube?
  15. Maybe I should order enough to get over their order minimum and sell the ones I do not need via eBay. :-)
  16. Thanks for confirming the right part, Daid. Can you comment on my assumption that the spring is the D2110 from Alcomex that is listed in http://alcomex.nl/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Drukveren-20from-20Catalogus-20NL-2005.pdf?
  17. Hi all, I am trying to find out the parameters of the feeder spring used in the latest UM2 - or a place where I can buy one for a decent price and shipping cost. Ultimaker itself seems to be not able to ship me one nor tell me what it would cost... I found three different documents that talk about different part numbers and different springs: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2/blob/master/_BOM/BOM%20ultimaker%202.pdf - part# 1140 - spring named D2110 https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2/blob/master/um2%20assembly%20manual%20V1.1%20_english.pdf - part# 1143 - spring named DR2110 https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2/blob/master/1311_Spring_D2000_(x1)/B1311-Z2P-A.pdf - part# 1311 - spring named D2000 The names of the springs seem to point to Alcomex as the manufacturer (http://alcomex.nl/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Druckfedern_DE.pdf), but since I do not know, which of the three I should get, I can't look for local alternatives based on the Alcomex parameters. Can anybody here shed some light on the part number confusion? Best regards, Reiner.
  18. I have similar experience. I need a feeder spring, but support was not even able to tell me the part and shipping cost - they just told me that shipping would be expensive and tried to talk me into ordering more stuff to make the (not even disclosed) shipping cost more worthwhile. If I buy a 3000 EUR product and loose a spring which they most probably buy for less then one Euro, I would expect better service!
  19. Is there an alternative source that will ship to Germany for a more reasonable shipping charge?
  20. @IRobertI: Oh, I totally overlooked that... does that mean that I can also use the matching 1/4" freezer hose as a replacement for the bowden tube? Or is this a different material/strength/dimension?
  21. Is the link correct? I get to some Natures Water 1/4" TEE T PIECE FRIDGE WATER PIPE FITTING PACK OF 3 when I click it...
  22. That would be this one then: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Ultimaker2/tree/master/1069_Tube_Coupling_Collet_%28x2%29 That is made from Nylon according to the documentation, so it should be printable...
  23. What software would I have to use to convert the STEP files to STL fit for Cura?
