Hello forum wizards, We're attempting to purchase our first 3d printer (so excited!). However, it's not working. We tried once with a credit card, and the payment failed. So (being a bit daft) we figured perhaps we had entered the number incorrectly or something. So we gamely tried again. Nope - rejected once more. So now we're uncertain if the credit card has been charged (and how many times), but we definitely haven't succeeded in actually getting the purchase sorted. Any thoughts on how to successfully purchase one of these things? Thanks all.
