Thank you for responding the two white wires are firmly connected to the heater1 recepactles

My ultimaker 2 is just a few months old but the print head stopped heating up during a print. I thought it was just clogged so I went to the move material page and that's when I found that the temperature was falling slowly 70/210 then 45/210. I mistakingly pushed the factory reset button and now it's stuck at the "heating up printer head"stage with the temperature indicator light bar not moving. It's too bad it was working perfectly for months.
