  1. Like many others here, I'm having problems with the status of my order; and having problems getting any clarification about it as well. I paid for my UM2 in full on 9/26. And haven't gotten any updates about it or had the order status page change from "Ready". After looking everywhere on the site for any unique lead times that might contradict the "product will be shipped within 5 days" guarantee and haven't found any. And proceeded to contact UM support through a ticket. The next day I got a canned(perhaps auto-gen???) response that literally said "Thanks for buying your new printer, your
