  1. Like many others here, I'm having problems with the status of my order; and having problems getting any clarification about it as well. I paid for my UM2 in full on 9/26. And haven't gotten any updates about it or had the order status page change from "Ready". After looking everywhere on the site for any unique lead times that might contradict the "product will be shipped within 5 days" guarantee and haven't found any. And proceeded to contact UM support through a ticket. The next day I got a canned(perhaps auto-gen???) response that literally said "Thanks for buying your new printer, your printer will be shipped within 5 days of payment". Highly unhelpful, and at least a bit offending as it's apparent nobody actually looked into my problem, yet claimed to have. Now the real problem is: that ticket was submitted one week after not having any updates on said completed payment. I responded back clarifying this and asking for a further update and have yet to get anything back. Upon reading through the forums it seems that this is quite a common problem; and having gone through other people's posts it's also frustrating to see that others with similar or the exact same purchase date as myself have already either received their merchandise; or have gotten tracking numbers to know when they will. I'm worried both about my current order and about any potential future ones; as well as dreading future interactions with customer support given the actions that have transpired so far... I'm really hoping that I'm an outlying exemption to the process but it feels more and more like it's not...
