Thank you for you reply. What material would you suggest to use in order to fill in the hole and what would be the smallest diameter the UM2 could handle?

I'm looking to buy a 0.2 mm nozzle head for an Ultimaker 2 but can only find ones made for the original Ultimaker. (e.g. http://www.dx.com/p/0-2mm-brass-nozzle-head-for-3d-printer-ultimaker-brass-2-pcs-306509#.VDeVZfldVqU) Would these still attach correctly to an Ultimaker 2?
