i want to buy a upgrade kit for my ultimaker 2 , i am in china mainland , the price here is ridiculous here , about 620 EUR ,so do you have a place to buy in Europe ?

when the ultimaker2 is printing something need much retraction , the filament would not coming out because the filament is damaged (not the nozzle block) . i don't know how to upload a image here .... how to solve this problem and i want the retraction stay open at the same time .

hi bro , did you solve this problem , my ultimaker2 seems have the same problem , the filament will stop coming out if my print time is very long , about 1 hour , it will block the nozzle .
