hey the top of my nozzle well the part that heats up the nozzle has plastic coming out of the top and constantly ruins my prints... what should i do ?? thanks

hey ultimaker friends how are you ? so as you expected i have a mega problem i printed the test robot but it got it all wrong and i really mean all wrong. There is only a blob of molten plastic... i have pictures i can show you i really appreciate the answers in advance any help is still help thanks !!
