  1. Tried that same thing, printed at 0.1mm
  2. .02, it is something in the firmware causing it to either mirror, or just double the size of the z axis, i had another printer before this one, and i am printing the same parts, and the z is double on every one. It does not have a stable bed on the z axis, the one i had before did, so i am thinking it is something to do with that.
  3. #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {78.74,78.74,800,100}
  4. where is the zhop settings?
  5. Sorry guys it is the z axis that is double the size. You think it could have something to do with the table moving up and down?
  6. I think the problem is, it is mirroring the x axis somehow, just cant find the solution.
  7. I have tried several files, they all do the same thing. https://www.youmagine.com/designs/belt-tensioner
  8. Ok just downloaded a file from here, same thing x double the size. Is there a setting for that?
  9. OK i just printed a wing nut in layer view it is 13.74. and it comes out a little over 27.
  10. I have tried, another member on here helped me finally get it going, i dont have that much exp with 3d printing.
  11. Does anyone ever download files from here, for some reason the x is always double the size, i am assuming there is a difference in the gcode?
  12. OK got it guys, thanks for your help, its finally printing well, and it was much easier to do it in the firmware, versus moving the wires, its a pain to get to the controller, Once again thank you guys.
  13. Yea when i tell it to autohome, everything works just fine, but when it goes to print the z axis goes to the bottom.
