Can I order the thermocouple sensors only?

I also have the same problem. I think my thermocouple sensor is broken now when the ceramic part is broken into pieces. I am asking people which one I should order or how can I order from Ultimaker but got no answers so far.

Hi guys,

I have problem with the Ultimaker Original Thermocouple sensor.

First the temperature showed in cura was "operational temperature: 0". I tried all the best unplug and plug in the wire to the port on the board but the result did not change. So, I decided to remove the couple from the heating unit to see what wrong in there. I found the mesh jacket a little tear off. Then I try to pull out the sensor a little from the metal cover, then the ceramic came out broken into pieces.

Did I do something wrong? How can I fix this?
