  1. Thanks for the reply, how do I cancel the orders? I went to my account and I don't see any options for cancelation.

  3. A few weeks ago I placed an order for the Ultimaker 2 and some extra filament. Upon hitting the buy button I recieved an error. I notified my bank and according to them I went over my limit and the purchase was flagged. So a few days later I notified my bank I was making the purchase so the transaction would go through. I tried agian and got the same error. My Ultimaker account now has two orders listed under "My Orders". I have sent emails to support and have still yet to recieve a reply. I understand everyone is busy, but a few weeks have passed and I would like some help resolving the issue so I don't get double charged. Also I would like a contact so I can collaborate what I need to do to fix the error I'm getting when trying to make a purchase. Any help in the matter would be much appreciated.
