  1. I was using 14.12.1 but have not managed to reproduce the problem. I did manage to reproduce the problem on 14.07. I did note that there was no change in estimated print time, which I expected to see. I am now using 15.01 as you suggest but haven't had time to try any plugins. Thanks for your help.
  2. Hi Daid, I have added a plugin - skip infil. I have tried to reproduce the problem but so far I haven't managed to do that. I am planning to disable the plugin, slice the object, then import the file into a spread sheet using "space" and "." as the delimiter so I can filter by column. That way I should be able to find the error I reported in a large file as I re-enable the plugin's one at a time. I should have some time in the next few days to do this and report back. Thanks
  3. Hi I have discovered this weird problem which I'm not really sure how to describe, but if anyone has any susgestions... I have been using Cura to generate gcode and have discovered that there are some random additional decimal points and zero's appended to the line of gcode relating to the extruder e.g. ....E1234.1234.0000 - it always seems to be ".0000" that is appended. This drives the sprinter firmware on a Reprap nuts and results in the printer stalling, losing control of the extruder stepper motor (it doesn't move but you can easily move it by hand) for perhaps 30 seconds and then resuming normal operation. This happens on Cura 14.0.7 and 14.12.1 and I have only noticed it happening when I have tried slicing at 0.05mm or 0.1mm on objects that generate a gcode file of about 3MB or larger.
