I have placed an order for some spare parts on 3 Feb 2015, my credit card has confirmed that the funds were sent I have received an invoice for the parts ordered. IN#15710990 I have received absolutely no communication what so ever with regards to the delivery of this order. I have sent in two separate tickets informing the sales dept of the lack of communication, however they have not responded to these tickets either? how does one actually contact the sales dept of Ultimaker?
