I know this is rather a late reply, but I've been able to perform a silent install by running the exe file with a /S parameter on the end.
I do however have another question that is related and hope that people will be able to help us here (sorry if this is a little bit of thread hijacking!)
After I've performed the silent install, when the program runs for the first time it wants to run the First Run Wizard. I've found the .cura folder under c:users<username> and the config file within, but I'm wondering if there is anyway to setup the defaults for the program during the install?
I can when deploying the software copy files into the relevant location if needed, but looking in the config file it seems to have hard coded certain paths to the current user, which isn't great for machines that will see many users.

Is anyone able to provide help with this step?
Thanks,
