  1. Hello community people, please feel free to comment. I realized topic tittle is too long, but you don't have to answer all the issues. I would also install dual head upgrade but I used another 3d printer before and there has been the second nozzle installed left to the first nozzle. When I will install second nozzle behind the first nozzle the build volume will decrease in Y axis or Not? Or can I also install the second nozzle left to the first nozzle to not decrease any build volume axis lenght? Regards Niyazi
  2. Hello Niyoki, we are very happy to see you in our community. I try to help you: 1_ Gap between the aluminium plate and 8b wooden plate is somehow normal. Some has more, some has less. But can you be sure nozzle is perpendicular to print bed or leaning in opposite direction? 2_ This can be axis issue or? Is this normal extruder head axis rods in X Y sliding blocks is too loose. Or X Y sliding blocks can be easily turned downwards - upwards? Maybe printing the sliding blocks stl can improve your axis setup but I do not know printing blocks in PLA versus ABS... 3_ Throw away the glas retainers. 4_ Okay you can try also Expert Mode in Cura but do not forget to uncheck under Expert Config "Combine everything(Typ-A). Because somehow I get really strange printings when this is checked. And please do not forget when "delrin clip" is broken you can find a Stl file under Youmagine.com. This works very nice. Regards Niyazi
  3. Hello everybody, I buildt up my Ultimaker Original Plus. Can you help me to understand or solve some points? 1_ Extrusion head has a gap between the wooden plate (8b) and aluminium plate where peek pressing against teflon coupler. Because of this head is looking strange like leaning to left is there any solution for people who has obsessions with symmetry and exactness? 2_ I try to Level the print bed. Left front 1 sheet paper = Okay Middle back 1 sheet paper = Okay Right front 1 sheet paper = Okay Left back ==> Nozzle pressing full against the print bed. Right back between nozzle and print bed I can put 3-4 sheets paper. What do you think? Should I check some assembly steps or like this it is okay. 3_ Print head moves free over the print bed except right back. X=210mm then Y=206mm there nozzle hits the glas retainer. 4_ Cura quick prints: Fast Print= Top Surface is not getting a closed structure / face. Normal Print= Prints really okay but stringing (I can move them easily away) High Quality= Really nice Ulti Quality= I can`t believe. I printed one small famous elephant, and the Ultimaker Robot they are looking really like moulded. regards Niyazi
