So a week ago we got the Ultimaker 2. Printed a few things and no problem. Now go to print stuff and the PLA sticks to the nozzle and not the plate. Also our printer doesn't sit level. None of the legs are damage. Bad build, I guess. I've re-leveled the build plate and no luck. Please help. THX
