To clean it, just head up the nozzle to 230 ° degree. Most of the pla will fall down. The pla around the cables will be also hot enough for an easy removal. Had the same issue this week.

I had the same problem this week (UM 2 ex). Til now I do not understand the reason. I cleaned it, changed the material and I leveled the printbed. Now everything is fine. Does anybody have a clue?

Thanks for the information. The main reason using bluetape is to ensure a safe process for all the people in my company without a stronger 3d printing background.

Hi, I have quite good experience with bluetape on my UM 2 ex. I think I read somewhere that using bluetape on the UM 3 combined with auto leveling is not possible? I can`t find the information. Does somebody know if it's possible? If not, what is the reason for it?
