Hi guys, I don't know this is a double post, but I couldn't find it and had to solve it. problem: all Cura version 15.x didn't work on my windows 10 machine any more (This was very unhandy, since Cura 2.x works (beta), but is very unstable) The cure: 1. Start a text editor as Administrator 2. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Cura_15.04.5\Cura\gui\util\openglHelpers.py 3. Comment the line saying "glutInit() #Hack; required before glut can be called. Not required for all OS" (Thanks to the developer for puting the ""Hack" comment there, that helped finding the problem!) 4. Start Cura 5. Success! For people having similar problems, how to reproduce/debug the problem:" 1. open a command windows (DOS) 2. cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cura_15.04.5" 3. Start Cura 4. after it crashes, etc. go to: C:\Users\\.cura\15.04.5 5. open the output_log.txt and notice the hints 6. (you can safely delete the log and try again) gtx
