  1. It's not because it gets tangled up. The filament spool is simply stuck, somehow. When I turn it, I can feel it pops out of something, like it needs just a little bit of force to get going again.
  2. Decided to do my first "larger" print today and it was going great, but something went wrong during the night. I troubleshoot this morning and it happened again. The filament wheel behind the printer is simply put, stuck. Seems like the printer at some point pulls it free, but then the damage is already done, as you can see with the T-Rex model here: CLICK What can I do to insure that the wheel doesn't get stuck? Any tips?
  3. I fixed it by reloading firmware and factory resetting. (Had done this before)
  4. This is a brand new Ultimaker 2 printer and I have serious layerings issue. Everytime I reach a couple of centimeters, the printer just completly goes off the mark. I have tighten the screws in the belt, as shown on Visual Ultimaker guide. I don't know what else it could be. Here is a images showing the Ultimaker Robot. https://drive.google.com/file/d/14E2nT4bRPtzJA5c06tTY-nTpDa9KU9QOeg/view?usp=sharing Any help? Fairly new to 3D Printing and so far i've had 2 Ultimaker 2 printers fail. One with temperatur error and this one won't even print properly. ;/
