I have a dual extruder upgrade on my 2X and have found firmware code (compiled) in the Cura director for dual extruder BUT it's got the left extruder motor going backwards as I have done the extruder upgrade. I am trying to find the source code for this but can't seem to and am not sure how to edit the compiled "hex" version. Also, what "board type" is used in the Arduino IDE when uploading firmware to the UM2?

Thanks a lot for the post and info. One thing I'm wondering about is how to get the nozzles even with regard to the build plate?

So how do we buy it? Also, since the Ultimakers are single nozzle, how is the hardware and software going to be able to control this?
