  1. No, The Z motor works fine but the X and Y do that jumping thing like in the video above when they are plugged into the Z and moved from the ulticontroller. They make the same noise when I do the Auto Home and they are wired up correctly.
  2. That was a great idea. Just done it neither x or y will move. They make this jumping noise like its trying to move. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-UfgwpHLzE https://youtu.be/y-UfgwpHLzE
  3. Thank you everyone for all the help with this though. I'm losing my nut looking at this thing.
  4. I've re-done the firmware and just done it again to be sure. No Change
  5. Hey Netko Nope, they are also free moving and working fine. Just did the checks on them today too. Also all my connections seem to match up with what you are showing.
  6. Thanks, I can hear power going to them like they want to move but the don't at all and yeah, they are moving fine and the belts are all well fitted
  7. I am in desperate need of advice. My new Ultimaker Original+ is just not moving on the X or Y axis. I have triple checked all connections and firmware but they are just not moving at all even if i try to Auto Home and I am stumped? Does anyone have any advice?
