How to prime extruder after heated bed and firmware upgrade

Okay, thanks, that is easy. Still odd that extruding via controller or Cura disappeard in the latest releases.... -
After mounting the heated bed upgrade on Ultimaker Original, upgrading to Cura 15.04.2 and installing the new firmware I noticed changes in the menu on the Controller. Moving de X, Y Z-axis changed (but that is OK) but the possibility to Extrude (prime extruder, e.g. after replacing a fillament) has vanished. Can someone help i.e. explain how to prime / purge the extruder. Thanks in advance
