Is the print time in CuraEngine in seconds? If not, what unit is used? And also what is the unit used for filament?

I tried calling CuraEngine.exe in the command prompt but I got this error: ERROR: Failed to load json file: fdmprinter.json Unregistered setting machine_end_gcode Unregistered setting speed_travel maxObjectHeight : 0 M107 G0 X0 Y0 Z5 How can I fix it? And, is it possible to open, and compute printing time of STL files this way?
