  1. ok i will print a cube today and show picture. thank you for your help. ok, here is the test block print out. the circles are not circles the square box isn't square and the block is compressed. any help to fix this problem would be great. thanks

  3. , yes i can move the printhead easy with my finger, no dragging or sticking, i check the "+" by using the calibrating tool that came with the printer and everything is where it needs to be. the printer is only a few months old. i've done about 5 test prints with each print getting better after a few adjustments. i'm at the point i don't know what else to adjust to fix this problem. thank you for your help, i will check again to make sure nothing shifted or moved with the calibration tool for the '+'.

  5. i was having the issue with the print shifting, i did have a loose belt, i tighten it and the shifting stopped. but now this is the only issue i am having ( distorted prints). I checked all the belts they all seem tight. I will check again to make sure. thank you for help.

Hello all, i am having a problem with my prints. below is a picture of my last print. it's like the print is compressing and distorting. what can i do to fix this problem? here are my printer specs & setting. UMO , 4mm nozzle, 3mm filament PLA, layer height 0.1, shell thickness 0.8, fill bottom/top thickness 0.6, fill density 20%, speed/temp. speed 50, temp 210c, filament diameter 2.85, flow 100% . i am using the latest version of cura. any help or pointers would be great. thanks
