  1. Yeah, I realized by turning the rods I probably just moved the flaw from Z to Y, but I'm running some test prints to confirm. Thanks again.
  2. You sir are a fine human being and a friend to all. I gave them both a 90° twist and it is vastly improved. Thank you very much.
  3. The rods that the extruder slides on? They seem locked down tight, how do you loosen them to rotate?
  4. I used Valcrow's test pattern, https://www.youmagine.com/designs/bed-level-pattern#information and this was the result, after 2 levelings. Seems really weird and I have no clue what is out of alignment. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  5. Nope, nothing special. I only really let it dry for 20 minutes or so. I did kinda work the roll as some of the lines were gently stuck to each other.
  6. I had a "new" to me roll of Colorfabb translucent green. The guy I bought my printer from threw it in the deal. It had a manufacture date of 2011, but was still vacuum sealed. It was cracking and brittle. I heated up a big pot of water to 70°C, took it off the heat. Placed the whole spool on a potato masher, and lowered it in the water for 30 seconds. Left it to cool and dry and it's printing fantastic.
  7. Turns out I get to answer my own question. I didn't allow for tolerances within the printing. Increasing that last edge from 0.4 mm to 0.5mm seems to have filled in the missing sections.
  8. The main view looks right, but the layer view is missing sections. The xray view shows all purple. That last edge is 0.4mm. I tried all 4 print profiles, but they all come back the same. I even tried uploading the STL to Microsoft Model repair, with no luck. Any ideas what has gone wrong?
  9. I found you could rename them, by exporting to the SD card and editing the text file, then importing from the SD card.
