Hey there, So I've been using my Ultimaker 2 pretty steadily for the past 3 years and never had this issue... The printer won't print at all, if I ask it to change material it will heat up and go through the process but when I ask it to print a file, even one I've printed before it just won' heat up, and that bar won't move at all... Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

yes I agree with you, but that does not seem to help, I will try upping the speed to 250 but I'm not totally sure it will help! Any other ideas?

Hi there I've been trying to get to the bottom of this issue for weeks now. Sometimes my prints (Ultimaker 2) look fantastic see picture below: It may not be perfect but it is good enough for me. But sometimes it adds a whole bunch of extra filament, like this: There is nothing wrong with these files. But here is my biggest issue, I'm trying to print this : It will print the ring just fine (talking about the blue bit) but when it gets to the hooks it just looks like this: As you can see there is a whole bunch of extra stuff hanging around. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have a config file for the perfect rapid prototype? Please help me! Thanks Jayden
